One of those shows I would gladly have FLAC audio on (due to HUGE amount of music). The other shows can go without FLAC audio (AAC 224/320 on good headphones doesn't really make that HUGE of a difference compared with FLAC when there is talk/talk/talk/talk and more talk 
)

I wouldn't count on this ever getting dubbed in English.
It doesn't have enough mainstream/casual appeal, and the hardcore iM@s fans don't want or need a dub anyway.
And there could be tons of music rights issues, as well.
I still think there could be an english dub, but to each their own.
