This is how this OVA's title was translated: "Rival Chiefs, Going on Vacation to a Southern Island ~ There will be Accidents!"
Anyway, personally thought this OVA was only slightly less awful than the 1st Season's OVA.
Although, PFsubs-Kiteseekers did a great job with picking it up as a project, similar to their work with the "Live Revolution" music OVA.
Here's a lame little synopsis I used when taking it upon myself to upload/distro this to other similar locations:
It's not too easy to get a summary of the OVA unless you've watched it, since there seems to be no commonplace that supplies one.
And since there is no synopsis in the description thus far, it may atleast help for starting to come up with one to add.
edit: also, your categories section could use some additions. Here's some suggestions, considering the OVAs are primarily for supplying extra fanservice,
with no relation to the main story-line (if you're one to consider there being a story-line to begin with):
boing, ecchi, large breasts, nudity, pantsu, parody, small breasts
extra "tag" info...stuff...:
Now that I've said way too much, I hope atleast some of it helps a little.

It seems to me that "categories" are equivalent to "tags" for the most part on this one, except with the categories portion, it may give you the opportunity to list things that may not currently be available in the system for adding as a tag.
The previous mention was for the "categories" segment of the description, but either way, they're pretty much the same.
As for tags (the ones added through torrent info to display under the header), the likes of source+size ( aka: "BluRay" and "720p" ) are some personal favorites for bluray uploads, if there's room for adding more.

Then I'll refrain from offering the 400p release. And I won't offer 1080p today because I'm feeling lazy, I'll go to bed instead and I'll work on it tomorrow

Finally got my 480p version of this completed. Had to staff an anime convention at the beginning of November, so that killed some of my time for working on it.
