I almost offered this myself, but decided the rules wouldn't allow it (although I would be glad to have it here). It's definitely better than the old zx encode, but neo1024's encode is already here and should (if I understand correctly) prohibit both zx's and niizk's encodes.

I thought similar too...tbh neo's version is not perfect (though it has english audio, niizk don't). It suffers from ghosting (don't know if this is a correct term) which, to me, is a little annoying. Just look at this screenshot http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/6980/snapshot20090728130823.png

I noticed the ghosting too. Although neo1024's also suffers heavily. I find niizk's encode to be more watchable, but neo's has a lot more extra options.

have not watched the zx version nor neo's encode ... but did watch the niizk encode ages ago ... and i'd say its great
In any case ... nice to see some more ghibli's getting offered! -_<

Man, my earlier comment was befuddled. I got my stuff mixed up. niizk's encode is very clear, while neo1024's encode is the one with the ghosting. So this should really get accepted (although neo's shouldn't be replaced).

Drat! :'-( I'll re-do my encode at a later point and see if I can do anything about the ghosting (looks like I might have botched deinterlacing)
